We, Jay Serene, will be fully responsible for paying the rent on an agreed date for the duration of the contract period irrespective of whether the property is occupied or not.

This is not subletting. Our company will be the tenant. This is a form of company letting. We would always ensure that you, the landlord, has given permission for us to have clients stay as guests.

Absolutely. We just need the standard notice of when you will visit so that we can notify our clients.

  • House will be in show-home condition at all times

    • It is always in the best interest to keep the property in amazing condition for both our guests and you, the landlord.
  • Guaranteed rent for long term (1 - 5 years), therefore no voids
    • Over the term of our contract you rent will always be paid in full and on time, reducing any cashflow issues you may have with family tenants.

  • We cover minor repairs & maintenance (internal) therefore more profits

    • We cover minor internal repairs as to keep the property in its show home condition as promised. This also further aids in your cashflow.
