Depending on the service you have opted for this can vary. However, we achieve an occupancy rating of 85%+, meaning you never have to worry about it sitting vacant for very long.

If you have chosen the Fixed Monthly Income service, then whether or not your property is occupied you will receive your monthly revenue.

If you have chosen the Maximum Monthly Income service, then you will receive all revenue minus management fee and costs. 

A typical AST tenant may stay in your property for 6-12 , maybe longer. So it is understandable that you may have concerns that having more guests within your property will increase wear and tear.
